Atel-Lights manufactures and presents demultiplexer MODEL DM 6. This converter operates autonomously or connected to console DMX 512. It includes 6 regulation channels 1-10 V and 0-10 V.
The illumination quantum and mode appear on the display.
Clemens and XLR 3-pinned plug are used to connect the demultiplexer with the electrical load.
Data is regulated by up-down buttons and the led data lamp turns on.
Pressing simultaneously (+) and (-) buttons you are able to operate the demultiplexer manually. The first display shows which channel you are using and the second and third show the illumination quantum. If you press button (+) you will reach position 7 in which case all channels become master channels.
In position 8 the anode- cathode time of steps (cue) is set to 1 -99 sec. In position 9 the duration that steps are constant is set to 1sec – 2,5 min. In position 10 the dimmer is enabled and regulated by up – down buttons. In position 11 four cue programs are enabled and regulated by up – down buttons: on the first display C appears, on the second the number of cue (1,2,3 or 4) and on the third the step of cue. During the regulations the C display turns on and off.
When the cycle is completed cue repeats continuously. When you change the cue of the three first channels the next three of them change in the same way (e.g 1-4, 2-5, 3-6). In order to stabilize one cue you press (+) button. On the first display, that is turning on and off, F appears and the time freezes. If you want to return to previous position you press (+) button.
When you are finished and you want to return to initial state you press simultaneously (+) and (-) buttons.
When the converter is connected to the console it is possible to convert the 6 channels to
1 or 3, or stay on 6 channels. In order to do that you have to switch off the converter. Press (-) button to switch on the converter and buttons up – down to set the number of channels (1,3 or 6). Finally press button (+) to end your settings.
